The service

Brainvalet helps you get thoughts out of your head and sorted. The sorting is done by an AI and can be wrong. Check dates and details that matter to you. The app is an everyday aid, not medical advice or treatment.

Subscription

• The free version gives a limited number of dumps. Brainvalet Pro gives unlimited dumps and all rituals.
• Pro is bought through the Apple App Store as a subscription (monthly or yearly) with a free trial where stated. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the trial ends and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime in the App Store settings on your phone. Cancellation takes effect from the next period. No tricks, no hidden prices.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their rules.

Your content

What you say and write is yours. It is stored on your device. We claim no rights to it.

Fair use

Do not use the service to submit anything unlawful or that you have no right to. We may limit access in cases of abuse that put the service at risk for others.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for missed tasks, wrong dates or consequences of acting on the AI's sorting. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under law.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we let you know in the app.
